About Textured Luxury

I was born and raised in Durham, NC. I taught myself how to braid at the age of 9 and I have been doing hair ever since. While most middle schoolers were playing with friends, I was doing hair. During lunch period, study hall, and after school. By the age of 13, I had a loyal clientele. 

After attending my first year of  college, I realized that was not the path for me, so in 2009, I enrolled in Regency Beauty Institute. While at Regency Beauty Institute, I discovered my passion for weaves and extensions. After years of traveling and moving around, I am now back in my hometown. 

Hair has always been my passion. I enjoy helping people feel good about themselves and giving them a confidence boost! Hair is a highlight of our beauty and it gives us an opportunity to be magical! With hair, you can be anyone you desire to be.
