Salon Policy

There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Deposit requirements vary depending on the service booked. All purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges for products, hair or services. Prices are as is. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There are no children or extra guests allowed inside the salon. 

Please allow a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hour period, you will be blocked from making further appointments. Please bring cash to pay for your services. Your total will be located on your appointment form. Please book for all services needed! If you require additional services at your appointment time, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. 

No outside products will be allowed inside of the salon. All of my products are professional and have been vetted. If you have any allergies, please let me know before your service.

I do not fix/maintain other stylists work, however, I do remove other stylists work.

Please be respectful of my time as I will be respectful of yours. Please make sure your phone number and email is up to date in case there are any issues with your appointment. Please keep in mind that this is a hair salon and every client is different, so some appointment times may vary. 

ALL services include a shampoo, conditioner and blow-dry. 

Emergency appointments outside of salon hours require a $150 non-refundable booking fee. This fee does NOT go towards your service total. 

Textured luxury has the right to refuse service to any person not abiding by the salon policy.
